What Sessions Are Like
​Each counseling session at Grace Upon Grace is personal and Spirit-led—uniquely shaped by your story, your needs, and the work God is doing in your heart. While no two sessions are the same, our goal remains constant: to offer a safe, Scripture-centered space for healing and growth.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place in a quiet, confidential setting—either virtually or in-person in Oklahoma City. We begin with prayer, invite the Holy Spirit into our time, and spend each session engaging the heart through God’s Word, intentional conversation, and practical, grace-filled guidance.
Our focus is not on fixing problems, but on walking with you as the Lord brings lasting change through His truth, presence, and grace.
Counseling Fees
As a counseling ministry, we do not accept insurance for our sessions. Grace Upon Grace operates with a standard session rate while also offering a limited number of reduced-rate spots to ensure counseling remains accessible to those in need.

We offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions at $45 per session for those experiencing financial need. These spots are reserved and may not always be available.

About Our Pricing
Our pricing reflects both the care you receive during each session and the preparation that supports it. Each 50-minute session includes thoughtful preparation, note-taking, and prayerful care.
The standard session rate is $60, which allows this ministry to remain sustainable. A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available for those in financial hardship. If needed, please reach out—we are committed to making counseling accessible.
Discounted Packages
We offer prepaid session packages at a discounted rate for those seeking ongoing counseling support. These packages are designed to encourage consistency and provide a financial benefit for committing to multiple sessions.
